This local, family business is great. We've just started having them work on our vehicles, and already can see that we're not being upsold and are getting solid repairs. With that said, we have been advised of safety concerns and possible upcoming issues that they noticed, which I really appreciate. Being a relatively small shop in a busy neighborhood, sometimes they can't get to the phone and their answering system is a little odd, but most of the time you get to talk to a real person. They've had convenient availability for getting our cars in, and have a key drop in the front door for leaving your car after-hours. We're definitely going to keep coming back when our cars need inspections, repairs, or maintenance.

I've been getting my car serviced here for years, from check engine lights to oil changes to repairs. I've always gotten excellent service for my car, and great customer service from Matt. He gives me great advice I can understand (I am not a car person whatsoever lol) and I can tell he cares a lot. The service is timely and he is great at communicating prices, timing and possible future troubles my car might run into. I've since moved nearly an hour away from buffalo and I still return to get my car serviced here.

I’ve been going to Tringali’s since I moved to the Northtowns 3 years ago. Matt and the crew have been great! Fair prices, always take time to answer my questions, and they keep my older vehicle running great.

Willing to change this review if they reconcile - but this business has a public charging station out front, in a very useful area for hertel visitors and residence, however they constantly, and i mean constantly (i check daily) have the spots filled with a work van and a broken down vehicle not allowing any access to these. They are blocked so often that not a single EV app has a single review of the use of them, despite technically working. Then on the weekends they keep the spots occupied while closed so there is 0 use of them even in the off hours. The cord is also not long enough to reach any car but ones specifically put into their designated spots. There is always other available spots for car storage during off hours, yet they are never moved. Extremely frustrating for anyone who wants to charge while on hertel, and they’re missing out on income. I hope they can change this for everyone’s benefit.
